3、 Requirements for new energy battery products to enter e-commerce platform -- Tiktok

Tiktok needs to provide a quality inspection report with CMA or CNAS approval issued by a third-party authoritative quality inspection agency in the past year. The product name, brand, manufacturer's name, and other information in the inspection report must be consistent with the product information published by the manufacturer.

If there is no brand name in the report, it is necessary to provide actual product photos containing the brand name, product name, and production unit.

Does the quality inspection report have a validity period?

Quality inspection reports generally do not have a definite expiration date.

1. The quality inspection report should be tested using appropriate national or industry standards, and as long as the standards are currently valid, the quality inspection report should be valid.

2. E-commerce platforms have the right to conduct random inspections of products from time to time, sometimes requiring merchants to update quality inspection reports to ensure that the products sold by merchants meet quality requirements.
