On June 4-5, 2022, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) evaluation team conducted a two-day CNAS expansion review of Shen Zhen ORT Technical Service Co., Ltd. Recently, ORT testing has been approved by the China National Accreditation Commission for Conformity Assessment for an expanded project, and the approval letter came into effect on July 27, 2022.
In recent years, the field of medical equipment has also been a key development area for ORT testing. In this expansion of the medical appliance category, there are two standards, namely packaging validation methods for sterile medical products YY/T 0681.15-2019; And the environmental reliability requirements and test methods for medical appliances GB/T 14710-2019, mainly covering testing items such as temperature and humidity, vibration, collision, etc. At this point, Youruite Testing has covered the entire ISTA series, GB/T 4857, ASTM D4169, YY/T 0681.15 in the field of medical packaging transportation testing, and can provide professional and comprehensive testing services for medical customers.
This ORT test has expanded the reliability field of CNAS to a total of 20 standards and 60 items/parameters; There are 2 standards and 8 projects/parameters for the expansion of transportation packaging field; There are a total of 4 standards and 20 project parameters for the expansion of the new energy battery field.
At present, ORT testing has obtained a total of 54 reliability testing standards recognized by CNAS, with 101 items/parameters; There are a total of 40 transportation packaging standards and 225 items/parameters; There are a total of 37 new energy battery standards and 404 projects/parameters. As of now, ORT testing has been recognized by CNAS with a total of 131 standards and 730 items/parameters.
The main targets of this review and expansion are electrical and electronic products, electronic connectors, rail transit, road vehicles, medical electrical equipment, non-metallic materials, large equipment, drive motors, packaging and transportation, new energy batteries, and other fields.
