Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the establishment and management of sales teams, market development, and customer maintenance;

2. Responsible for collecting market information, determining sales strategies, and developing sales plans to achieve sales goals;

3. Provide relevant training and management work to sales team members;

4. Assist team members in developing and maintaining clients;

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, regardless of gender; 2. At least 4 years of sales experience in third-party testing work, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Experience in testing and sales related to reliability packaging is preferred;
