The three comprehensive tests of temperature and humidity vibration refer to the addition of environmental durability tests on the basis of vibration tests. This means that during the vibration test, the product must be fixed in a temperature and humidity box, set temperature and humidity conditions according to requirements, and undergo vibration tests under certain temperature and humidity parameters. The purpose of the three comprehensive tests of temperature, humidity, and vibration is to determine the weak links in the product design structure. Through the experimental results of this experiment, the product manufacturer can discover the working conditions and service life of the product under the preset usage environment, thereby more precise product maintenance conditions and ensuring the quality of mass production of the product.

Conducting vibration testing during the product development phase can identify which components have reliability issues in product design and manufacturing, in order to timely improve and enhance the product design structure and production process. The temperature and humidity test belongs to the durability test of climate environment, and through the durability test, the working life of the product in a specific usage environment can be evaluated. Especially for some products used in harsh environments, the results of environmental durability tests help calculate the expected service life and maximum range of use of the product. The temperature and humidity vibration three comprehensive tests fix the product on a vibration table with a temperature and humidity box, combining vibration tests with temperature and humidity tests. Before the experiment starts, set the test cycle, vibration frequency, environmental temperature value, etc. according to the product design requirements. During the experiment, perform a certain number of cycles according to the set values. After the completion of the three comprehensive tests of temperature, humidity, and vibration, the prototype will be inspected, including structural damage, loose parts, material rupture, and functional abnormalities. A testing report will be provided based on the testing data.

The commonly used reference standards for electronic and electrical products in the three comprehensive tests of temperature, humidity, and vibration are as follows (different product testing standards are different, please consult Bitong Testing Technology Department for details):

GB/5170.2-1996 Method for Parameter Verification of Environmental Testing Equipment for Electrical and Electronic Products (Temperature Testing Equipment)

GB2423.1-89 Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products (Test A Low Temperature Test Method)

GB2423.2-89 Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products (Test B High Temperature Test Method)

GB/T2423.3-93 Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products (Damp Heat Test Method)

GJB150.3-86 Environmental Test Methods for Military Equipment (High Temperature Test)

GB/T 28046.4, ISO 16750-4, GMW3172, VW80101, GB/T 10485, etc.
